Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s degree ? 5 to 7 years of experience in leasing and controls or equivalent Coursework in Finance, Accounting, Leasing, Financial Analysis and Compliance ? Experience effectively gathering and analyzing data, reporting and presenting data and coordinating efforts of a project team ? Experience effectively communicating, consensus building, negotiation and collaborating with leadership, staff, contractors, leasing agents, lawyers, tenants and stakeholders Knowledge & Skills: ? Ability to communicate subject area to wide variety of audiences ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Demonstrates independent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities ? Strong negotiation skills ? Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to apply, interpret and explain analysis ? Understanding of Bank financial policies, processes, procedures and controls. ? Focus on improving/strengthening processes ? Strong project management, organization and time management skills ? Strong collaboration and consensus building skills with ability to delegate and provide feedback ? Service oriented and dedicated to meeting changing business and customer needs ? Comfortable working with ambiguity ? Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
