Responsibilities
Project manage the fund launch process for new investment products and distribution
opportunities
Oversee change events, restructures and terminations through the lifecycle of our funds
Uplift strategic workflow infrastructure to bring additional control to launch and change
events
Serve as central point of contact for fund for inquiry resolution
Provide risk oversight for nuanced support models for funds on the platform
Maintain funds' investment book of record
Schedule meetings, curate agendas and arrange presenters, collate materials,
communicate with directors, and run meetings' for the funds' boards of directors
Engage with / serve on internal governance committees responsible for various stages in
the fund lifecycle
Monitor service delivery levels of service providers to our funds
Perform expense analysis in order to maximize commercial benefit for decisions
regarding fund service providers
Explore solutions that leverage business intelligence, low code automation, industry
utilities, and external vendor solutions
Experience handling project based work and seeing projects through to completion
