We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day functions of our accounting department. This position will primarily be responsible for completing daily invoicing.Role and Responsibilities:

• Entering, printing and invoicing customer orders.
• Make corrections and/or delete orders.
• Invoicing; including printing, mailing, filing and EDI (electronic data interchange).
• Run report of daily orders.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with cash receipts.
• Provide back-up and support to accounting department.
• Acknowledge orders as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience (coop, internship, prior work experience, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player and quick learner.Full Time Schedule:Office Hours are Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Starting hourly rate is $22- $24 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.
