- Aid in the monthly financial Close Process, including but not
limited to:
- Preparation and review of journal entries required.
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Tracking
- Lease Schedules
- Long-term Debt TrackingAccounts Payables:
- Maintain the AP Email Inbox, including correspondence with
vendors
- Enter all applicable invoices for payment
- Issue and maintain any contractual agreements for all vendors,
including W9s.
- Assist in the annual 1099 tax issuance of applicable
vendorsCredit Card GL Coding:
- Daily/Weekly review of company credit card transactions for
general ledger account coding
- Assist with any issues that may arise with company credit card
holdersPayroll & HR Coordination:
- Assign new employees with applicable modules, i.e. expense
management
- Assist in the payroll preparation process, including 401K
tasksRequired Skills/Abilities:
- Self-directed and highly motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on a
deadline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High integrity with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an
emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and proficient with
Microsoft Office Suite and financial accounting system
software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to work with
lookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Understanding of and commitment to appropriate protection of
confidential patient informationEducation and Experience:
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance required,
bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in accounting/finance; healthcare
facility/practice experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles
- Experience utilizing financial accounting systems like
QuickBooks Online and American Express.Physical Requirements:
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended
periods
- Ability to lift, hold, push, and pull up to 15 pounds
- Ability to move about inside the office to perform job
responsibilities
- Ability to operate a computer and/or laptop through proficient
typing, clicking, and viewing a monitor for extended periods
- Ability to view computer monitors with close vision, color
vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust your focus with
good hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to effectively communicate with patients/team
members/customers, and clearly express oneself while exchanging
information
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend through listening
- Ability to perform essential job functions consistently,
safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal,
state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or
quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent
with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- The compensation is competitive and commensurate with
experience.Benefits (FT Employees):
- 120 hours (15 days) of paid time off
- 40 hours (5 days of sick leave)
- 24 hours (3 days) of paid bereavement leave per
occurrence.
