UB Greensfelder LLP has a full-time opening for a Billing Specialist in our Accounting/Finance Department working in our Chicago or St. Louis office. This position will be responsible for processing client billings and e-billings, insurance billing and conformity, conducting frequent follow-up of bill status to ensure timely issuance and collection, resolving internal and external client billing inquiries, addressing payment inquiries and assisting with client collection.This position is eligible for occasional hybrid work after an initial onboarding period.UB Greensfelder LLP is an AM Law 200, super-regional law firm focused on exceeding client expectations and delivering superior, customized legal solutions. • Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• 3+ years' billing experience is needed.
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
