RSM.Temporary Senior Associate - AML AuditRSM is seeking skilled
AML audit professionals to join our AML Audit Group, working with a
large global bank. This role focuses on validating consent order
and issue remediation efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and internal standards. As a Senior Associate, you
will assess controls, perform testing, and produce high-quality
documentation that aligns with regulatory and bank expectations.Key
Responsibilities
- Assess the design and operating effectiveness of AML controls,
including transaction monitoring, customer due diligence (CDD), and
sanctions screening.
- Conduct audits of consent order remediation and issued
validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements and bank policies.
- Prepare audit documentation that is precise, well-supported,
and regulator-ready, highlighting findings, root causes, and
actionable recommendations.Qualifications
- Experience auditing AML processes across consumer,
wholesale/commercial, and wealth management transactions at global
banks.
- CAMS certification or equivalent certification and
experience.
- Strong expertise in AML processes with in-depth knowledge of
regulatory expectations.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, particularly in
producing high-quality audit documentation.
- Consent order and issue validation experience preferred.This
