Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain multiple programs including any of the
following: security access and badging, budget support, site
maintenance and worksite-specific elements of our facility's
program e.g., OSHA.
- Perform various clerical and routine accounting tasks in
support of an operating unit, to include accounts payable, purchase
orders and account reconciliation.
- Assist in communicating and reinforcing to all any changes and
clarifications to existing departmental, division, and corporate
policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Acts as a resource to assist in resolving complex
administrative issues and performs other duties pertinent to the
operation e.g., office supplies, conference room scheduling.
- Coordinates events, Town-halls, miscellaneous meetings and
mailings with local office, vendor, employees and/or other
departments.
- Supports management schedules and time off through
time-tracker.QualificationsWhat's needed to succeed (Minimum
Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4+ years of work-related experience as an administrative
assistant, or office administrator.
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, or
office administrator.
- In-depth understanding of office management and
operations.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax
machines.
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.What will help
you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA workplace safety regulations.

role is $40,565.00 to $55,330.00. The base salary range/hourly rate
listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such
as experience, education, and skills. This position is also
eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation
