glanceReporting to the Global Trade to Cash Director, GBS NA Trade
to Cash Business Partner is a critical responsibility to ensure
customer satisfaction while transforming and elevating our Trade to
Cash processes, Technology, and Ways of Working across the North
American region. This role is responsible for supporting the
transformation and day-to-day execution of functional business
processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned
with Kraft Heinz North America business stakeholders. The role will
work in partnership with near and offshore third party Business
Process Outsourcing partners to identify and drive continuous
improvement initiatives to boost performance and business

- Encourage, elevate, coach, and inspire a diverse team of
individuals across multiple sub teams and geographies.Strategic
Alignment:
- Work closely with regional leadership, GBS verticals,
Accounting, Sales, Sales Finance, Operations, and other Corporate
Functions, to align customer operations strategies with overall
business objectives and growth initiatives for the North American
region.Needs Identification:
- Proactively identify critical needs of customers, stakeholders,
and channel partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
ensure GBS operational capabilities meet or exceed those
requirements.Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational
efficiency in key areas such as credit, deductions, collections,
cash application, and risk management workstreams, and Cost to
Serve.Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the retained
and BPO scope of activities that deliver productivity and tangible
business value impact for KHC and simplify the way to business with
KHC.Collaboration:
- Collaborate with WHQ, Corporate Functions and Zone leadership

- I have 10+ years of progressive leadership roles within finance
in Food and Beverage and/or related CPG industry exposure. Detailed
understanding of invoice to cash processes. Experience with SAP S4
HANA implementation.
- I have a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire
cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving operational
excellence and achieving results while managing offshore BPO
providers.
- I have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies clearly.
Experience in presenting to executive leadership is essential.
- I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the
ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and
drive improvements.
- I have a demonstrated ability to develop and implement
strategic initiatives that deliver tangible business value, drive
operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- I have strong leadership and team management skills, with the
ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team both onshore

Hire Base Salary Range: $159,400.00 - $199,200.00Bonus: This
position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by
the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered
will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on
the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills,
