Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals with a passion for helping others. If you're driven, people-focused, and open to learning, we'd love to talk with you. Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to assess their needs


Offer customized life insurance and financial solutions


Follow up with referrals and build long-term client relationships


Participate in ongoing training and mentorship



Compensation:

Commission-based with performance bonuses


Opportunities for residual income and long-term growth


First-year potential: $50K-$100K+


Top earners make multiple six figures



Requirements:

Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.


Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida 215 Life, Health & Variable Annuities License (we'll guide you through the process)
