AnalystWe are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the
Monetization & Accounting product groups at Adyen. These groups
oversee billing, invoicing, tax, pricing, financial analytics,
payments accounting, banking accounting, and financial
observability. Together, they power Adyen's ability to monetize its
services, manage financial data, and ensure accurate accounting
across complex financial ecosystems.In this role, you will be
responsible for driving a data-informed decision-making culture
across these product teams. You will work closely with Product
Managers, Engineers, and Leadership to ensure we are solving the
most impactful problems, improving customer experiences, and
delivering meaningful business outcomes.This is a high-impact role
that requires a blend of analytical skills, product thinking, and
business acumen. You will work with large financial datasets,
develop key product insights, and drive actionable recommendations
that influence Adyen's product roadmap and strategy.What you'll
do
- Enable data-driven decision-making by building key metrics,
dashboards, and reporting frameworks for billing, pricing, and
accounting functions.
- Influence product strategy by working with Product Managers to
define data-backed hypotheses, measure success, and prioritize
roadmap initiatives.
- Analyze billing, invoicing, and tax workflows to ensure
accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across revenue
operations.
- Optimize financial data management by ensuring product teams
have a single source of truth for revenue, costs, and customer
insights.
- Support financial observability by ensuring data integrity
across money movement, reconciliation, and accounting systems.
- Drive collaboration between Product, Finance, Engineering, and
Treasury teams to align on priorities and insights.
- Develop insights on customer behavior and revenue trends to
improve deal structuring, target pricing, and monetization
strategies.Who you areMust Haves
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or
financial analytics, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise
software.
- Strong experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
and SQL for querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with PySpark for handling large-scale data and
Airflow for building automated workflows.
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, Power
BI) with a keen eye for designing clear, impactful dashboards.
- Strong data storytelling abilities-able to communicate complex
findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through-you constantly
ask "why" and dig deep into problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey
insights in a structured and compelling manner.Nice to Haves
- Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, pricing, or
financial accounting systems.
- Experience working with Finance, Treasury, or FP&A
teams.
- Understanding of double-entry accounting and reconciliation
processes.The annual base salary range for this role is $154,000 -
