Job Description:

Senior Accountant (Chicago, IL) is sought to prepare federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensuring compliance with government tax requirements; Review taxpayer returns & finances and provide tax advisory to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals; Represent clients before taxing authorities; Take ownership of key client accounts and develop a deeper understanding of our clients' overall investment needs and provide advisory services to address their overall financial needs; Develop new clients through consultation and; Comply with internal work procedures and work closely with other associates on various accounting related projects.

Requires at least a master's degree in accounting, finance or a related field of study.

Also requires at least 6 months' experience in the occupation of accountant, financial analyst, financial planner or similar occupation.

Enrolled Agent Certification is required.
