As a Brand Manager, you will:Leads the development & implementation of best-in-class process for the development of Category Foundations
Supports Regional Brand Marketing in developing Category Foundations for assigned product category.
Partners with Cluster & Regional Brand Marketing to design & deliver a competitive product portfolio based on the Brand Foundation Tools for assigned product category.
Executes product development projects by leading multifunctional teams through the IMF process.
Develop the Claims Architecture for the assigned category.
Supports Regional Brand & R&D Teams to develop claims and demos for the assigned category & manage legal approval for the claims through ETQ where appropriate.
Ensures all marketing content is uploaded & maintained in the Digital Asset Management System.
Monitors global category performance (NSV) and adjusts accordingly. Manages assigned marketing budget within CFI's
Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs


The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of CPG brand management experience.
Experienced business acumen and analytical in the context of business ownership.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $90.00 - $96.42per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
