Bathing Brands seeks a talented Multimedia Graphic Designer (Generalist Creative) who can take concepts and ideas and compose visual representations in both print and electronic media for our multiple e-commerce sites and brands.The ideal candidate will be able to proactively understand, develop, and drive the goal of each individual project, campaign, and marketing vision, create compelling and contemporary assets, and deliver marketing collateral on schedule. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of design concepts and current design software and be experienced with every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. They will also strive to stay up to date with industry trends and standards while having a solid understanding of design fundamentals.The Multimedia Graphic Designer will work under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Marketing and collaborate with teams across the company. The successful candidate will be able to adapt and be agile with the rapid pace of our company, brands, and partners' needs. They will also have a thorough understanding conceptually of how imagery works within branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.The candidate chosen must have a strong background in the following:Concept design, UX/UI design, video production and editing, photography, print (Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Candidates without experience in the above areas will not be considered.Responsibilities:Create visually appealing designs for interactive applications, web design, and some print design.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideasEdit videos for promotional materialsManipulate and retouch photos to enhance visual impactDesign layouts for various marketing materials such as websites, brochures, flyers, and bannersPresent design concepts and ideas to clients or internal stakeholdersUtilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for prototypingAt times be requested to create presentations on platforms such as PowerPointSkills:Proficient in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Able to quickly create prototypes of concepts (Rapid Visualization).Strong understanding of layout design principles and typography.Skilled in video editing software and techniques.Familiarity with content management systems for website updates.Experienced in photo manipulation techniques and tools (e.g., the use of A.I. technologies).Ability to present design concepts effectively to clients or internal stakeholdersAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesNot required, yet very helpful:Knowledge of the design process for multimedia mobile or web interfacesMotion graphics (After Effects), Cinema 4D/BlenderWhen you join Bathing Brands, not only do you get to work with some great folks, but you'll enjoy comprehensive benefits too.
