You will help maintain the reliability and resilience of our infrastructure, meeting the demands of a fast-paced trading environment.You will collaborate closely with multiple engineering teams to design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions that improve system reliability and reduce operational toil. Additionally, you will work closely with technical leadership to ensure 99.95% uptime and high performance across the trading platform.In this role you will:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate production issues to keep revenue-generating systems up and running.
• Participate in a weekly 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekend assistance for deployments.
• Perform initial root cause analysis and remediation of production issues.
• Build tools to automate repetitive tasks, deployments, and incident responses.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to build reliable monitoring and alerting systems.
• Standardize and improve the feature flagging system for incremental releases.
• Leverage IaC tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Implement best practices around security and compliance in the software delivery lifecycle.What you'll need:
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or platform engineering roles.
  • Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the trading industry.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.Compensation:The salary range for this role will be $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD annually, with an annual target bonus of up to 12%.Our Core Benefits Include:
