• Drive system modernization, tool development, and integration projects, centralizing workstreams to achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain software applications and APIs, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and adherence to best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and technical expertise.
• Maintain thorough documentation and enforce development best practices, design patterns, and security standards.Key Requirements:
• Expertise in .NET/C# specializing in backend development, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong experience with Angular (not AngularJS) and React for modernizing front-end systems.
• Skilled in RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and SQL databases.
• Extensive experience working in Agile environments, emphasizing collaboration and iterative development.
• Any experience with Python and Django is a strong plus.
