Job Description:
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance
with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards, conducting audits, and
implementing root cause corrective actions. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory
compliance, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001
and/or AS9100 standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Support training programs for new hires and existing employees,
ensuring adherence to quality procedures and company
standards.
- Document and report non-conformance issues, assist with root
cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform independent audits of processes, products and
procedures to ensure compliance and identify improvement
opportunities.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including
procedures, work instructions, and audit reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous
improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the preparing for external audits and
certifications.
- Partner with production teams to identify and troubleshoot
quality issues before and during production processes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, tests, and
sampling plans to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Analyze data from product tests, reports, and inspections to
identify trends and improvement areas.
- Investigate customer complaints, product defects, and
non-conformances to determine the root cause and recommend
corrective and preventive actions.Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred 3-5 years of quality technician experience in a
warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and
standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate
with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical analysis
methods (e.g., Lean, SPC).
- Understanding of QC Processes, including sample rates and final
inspections.
- Preferred Certification in Quality Auditing (CQA) or
similar.
- Ability to interpret and apply customer specifications to
quality processes.
- Familiarity with consumer electronic devices (e.g., laptops,
tablets, smartphones).
- Reasonable operational knowledge of MS Office products (Excel,
Teams, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass customer background checks as required.Physical

- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to view small details on product.
- Ability to hear and identify audio irregularities of
