Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Mechanical Design
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee mechanical design development, including part drawings,
solid models, and prototypes
Supervise and lead a team of mechanical designers, managing
performance and resource allocation
Facilitate continuous improvement and serve as a point of
escalation for project issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product development experience, including 2+ years in a
supervisory role
Associate's degree in mechanical design or equivalent
Experience with 3D solid modeling using SolidWorks
Experience with mechanical and electromechanical products
Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
