businesses.The ChallengeWe're looking for an exceptional individual
to join our journey of building a best-in-class Value Engineering
practice. As a Principal Business Value Engineer, you will develop
and champion our Value Engineering practice in line with our GTM
strategy and organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping
a growing organization and cement our position as the strategic
backbone of our GTM organization. This is a highly visible role
that will collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Customer
Success, Marketing & Strategy functions. This role reports to the
Director, Solution Engineering Hub and aligns as a business partner
to the AMER SE leadership.Your Mission
- Build a scalable Value Engineering practice and engagement
model across the entire GTM organization.
- Develop new best practice assets, tools, and methodologies that
articulate and quantify the value of OneTrust for our Sales &
Solution Engineering teams.
- Execute in a scalable and replicable way and ensure that
assets, tools, and methodologies are used across all regions and
teams.
- Co-lead value-based activities in the sales cycle to support
our account teams communicating the value of OneTrust and driving
an executive level conversation.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, Customer Success
& Marketing to help build a consistent value selling methodology
across the entire customer journey.
- Identify, streamline, and roll out value selling best practices
globally and support enablement of new regions and teams.
- Provide strategic expertise and thought leadership on customer
value journey (selling, realization, expansion) to senior
leadership.
- Have a clear understanding of the emerging responsible use of
data & AI industry, including the regulatory environment, and will
use this knowledge to support all of the primary responsibilities.

- Experience on understanding of scalable and repeatable sales
motions, with the aim of executing sales plays at scale.
- A quick learner and problem solver who adapts rapidly to new
challenges and can pivot or improvise as needed.
- A Strategist and Executor ... capable of understanding the key
decisions needed to be made and be accountable those decisions are
executed.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language is a
plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed (less than 25% typically).Your
Experience Includes
- Master's degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a Value
Engineering/Advisory, Solution Engineering, Management Consulting,
or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including mastery of financial
modeling and data visualization with an ability to incorporate data
into compelling storylines for executive-level conversations.
- Demonstrated skills in design and facilitation of
executive-level workshops throughout the customer journey - ability
to communicate complex topics to an audience with various levels of
functional knowledge.
