Business Accounting Manager (Chicago, IL) is sought to oversee the daily operation and management of the accounting department, ensuring quality control of all accounting services and maintaining a high client retention ratio.

Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in accounting departments, ensuring alignment with company growth and operational efficiency.

Establish and maintain relationships with both individual and business accounting customers, providing assistance with their financial problems and inquiries to foster long-term relationships.

Prepare, review, and assist with federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Develop tax strategies to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Recruit, develop, and supervise team members for accounting department, establishing training programs to align with the company's objectives and growth.

Evaluate data related to budgets plan, prepare analysis reports to management for company level decision.

Work with new individual and business clients, ensuring the company's services meet the needs of its customers.

Requires at least master's degree in accounting or accounting-related field of study.

Also requires at least five years' experience in personnel-management occupation.
