Position: Sr. Project Manager / Professional Civil Engineer - Water ResourcesLocation: Jacksonville, FLJob Id: 4644# of Openings: 1Professional Civil Engineer - Water Resources - Sr. Project ManagerHalff has an opening for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer to work on our Water Resources team in Jacksonville, FL as a Sr. Project Manager/Team Leader. The candidate will oversee a team of engineers and other professionals, prioritize projects, and interact with clients. Halff seeks a skilled and competent leader to create cost-effective, maintainable, and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies, and developers.Professional Civil Engineer - Water Resources - Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 7+ years of targeted experience in Water Resources project delivery
• Familiar with hydrology and hydraulic modeling software to include 2D modeling
• Experience in the design of stormwater infrastructure
• General knowledge of coastal engineering design and restoration practices
• Strong familiarity with FDOT and/or USACE is a plus
• Develop pursuits, write proposals, establish and maintain new and existing client base
• Business development in support of winning additional work for growth in Northern Florida
• Robust technical writing and communication skills
