Eaton Corporation's North America Electrical Sales Division,
Distributed Infrastructure Vertical, is currently seeking a
National Account Manager to join our team. This position is based
near Chicago, IL; Conway, AR; Tampa, FL; or Miami, FL. All
candidates considered must live within a 50-mile radius.What you'll
do:The National Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales
and market development quotas consistent with the expectations of a
seasoned sales professional. In this role, your primary areas of
focus will be profit plan attainment, operations/supply chain
management, financial management/execution of marketing plans and
functional management of funded resources within Eaton's Midmarket

- Facilitating / growing partner enablement to achieve sales
goals and develop brand awareness
- Ownership of financial management and execution of Channel
Marketing programs
- Manage supply chain and stocking programs
- Developing and fostering relationships across all areas of the
customer organization (Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing) at all
levels (individual contributor up to the VP/C-Level)
- Implementing judicious sales plans to maximize sales growth
across Eaton's full product portfolio of hardware, software and
services (conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, Quarterly Product
Roadmap calls, and New Product Introductions)
- Responsible for Regional Field team collaboration & alignment
(Lead monthly pipeline calls, report on Partner performance, and
Business Plan development plan for insight)
- Managing key market trends, competitor initiatives, that could
impact sales and Eaton positioning in the marketplace
- Providing technical and solution-based product training
- May serve as a functional manager to Eaton funded resources at
the customerQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years of sales or channel marketing experience
in the IT Channel
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
- No sponsorship is available. All Candidates must be legally
authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
now or in the future.
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates
considered must live within a 50-mile radius of one of the
following locations: Chicago IL, Conway, AR; Tampa, FL; or Miami,
FL.Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited
institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience
- Superior knowledge of the sales process and technical
background that would support the required product knowledge
- Previous experience in a National Account Management/Channel
Development role
- Knowledge and sales experience in the Power or Cables &
connectivity industrySkills:Position Criteria:
- Approximately 50% travel, including trips to Montreal,
Canada.
- Ability to leverage relationships to plan and host events
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess the business with sales reportsThe
compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay
and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target
total compensation range of $120,000-$176,000. Base salaries are
based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as
well as market and business considerations.We know that good
