Job Description:
Senior Customer Insights Program Manager (Softchoice
Corporation, Chicago, IL): Administer corporate voice of customer
program by collecting customer sentiment and operational data.
Validate qualitative and quantitative data to ensure the accuracy
of measurement system and models. Provide management with analysis
and results to assist in decision making and solve customer
problems. Generate customer insight reports for management
utilizing sound statistical tests, and offering recommended
solutions based on results. Collaborate with other departments to
successfully implement recommended improvements resulting from
analysis. Manage sensitive information in Qualtrics. May
telecommute. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field
plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related
customer experience occupation. Experience must include at least
one (1) year of experience using either the Qualtrics or Medallia
software platforms. Must have basic certification in either
Qualtrics or Medallia, and eligible to sit for the Customer
