JPC serves clients in the Greater Philadelphia region, throughout Southern New Jersey, and South Eastern Pennsylvania. JPC is looking to hire qualified, dedicated, and hard-working candidates with a desire to learn and to build a career in the Civil Construction industry.Role: Safety ManagerLocation: Blackwood, NJ and surrounding region (vehicle required)Minimum Education: BS/BA - Occupational Safety and/or Construction Management preferredExperience: 0-3 years; relevant internship is a plusSoftware used: MS Office; HCSS Safety; Sage TimberlineReports to: Field Safety Director/Executive Safety DirectorIdeal Candidate Traits:

  • Direct assistant to field safety director and executive safety director
  • Responsible for maintenance and organization of safety records, including but not limited to training records and documents, meeting records and minutes, incident reports, safety inspections, and observations
  • Assist in distribution of safety and general company information via meetings, memos, company newsletter, etc.
  • Periodic field visits may be required
