This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.Sodexo's Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager for our premier Banking client in Chicago, Illinois.The General Manager oversees all hospitality operations per Sodexo's and client's goals, works directly with unit financials, directs customer interaction, and manages the Sodexo salaried and hourly associates, including Executive Chefs. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through exceptional food and catering services while achieving set budgeted targets. We seek a strong hospitality leader with a proven commitment to excellence in client and guest hospitality, teamwork, financial results, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision.This location is open for Breakfast and Lunch Monday - Friday and provides catering service five days a week inclusive of evening events. This position requires overnight travel to Detroit once per quarter.What You'll Do

• Oversight and continued innovation of the caf--, catering, and food delivery
• Tracking and maintaining Sodexo systems, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Innovation of the retail offerings, marketing plans, and catering sustainable practices

    • Have strong financial acumen, experience writing and managing budgets
    • Be service-focused, including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment
