you will:-- Oversee Group Sales Efforts: Lead, coach, and mentor a

Marriott's strategies.-- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Tailor group sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share
for both properties.-- Drive Key Market Growth: Oversee strategies
in key verticals and segments, ensuring the hotels arepositioned as
leaders in the Chicago market.-- Collaborate Across Teams: Work
closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align
group sales strategies with property goals.-- Deliver Results:
Leverage Marriott tools (CI/TY experience preferred) to analyze

seasoned group sales leader with Marriott brand experience, proven
success managing teams and delivering results in a multi-property
or complex environment.-- Experienced in strategic market
development, with a track record of growing group sales in
