based in Bordeaux, France, we have 20 years of combined
international sales and distribution in every state in the US, in

range includes renowned and artisanal brands, as well as our
exclusive in-house labels. Summary:Join AWC as a Senior Wine Sales

We offer the unique opportunity not only to represent our diverse
portfolio in 10 different states in the Midwest, but also to travel
to our vineyards in France for firsthand experience and training.
We already have a significant base of sales in the region. You will
gain extensive knowledge, travel to meet diverse clientele,
collaborate with our distributors and have a direct impact on our

industry. Responsibilities: - Manage and develop the current
relationships with our distributors/wholesalers in the assigned
territories. - Drive sales by establishing, developing, and
maintaining positive business relationships with wine stores,
restaurants, chains, and other potential clients. - Understand
customer needs and provide suitable wine recommendations. -
Collaborate with our distributors' salesforce and portfolio
managers to coordinate the marketing and sales of our wines to the
end customers. - Frequently travel the assigned territories to meet
potential clients, present our portfolio, and secure orders. -
Collaborate with the internal team to manage inventory, ensuring
stock levels meet demand without overages. - Use data-driven
strategies to optimize the sales pipeline and make informed
decisions on sales tactics. - Attend training sessions to stay
updated on our portfolio and sales strategies. - Report sales
metrics, client feedback, and market trends to the Sales Managers
and the CEO. Requirements: - Ability to prioritize tasks and set
your own daily and weekly goals to meet our global sales targets. -
Passion for wine and a basic understanding of French wines. - 3-4
years of previous wine-related experience, such as working at a
wine retailer, restaurant, wholesaler, importer. - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work
asynchronously with the team. - Flexibility to travel within
assigned regions. - Ability to travel to Bordeaux, France for
training and offsite at minimum once a year, sometimes twice a
year. Preferred: - Basic understanding of inventory management and
data analytics. - Wine-related education, such as a sommelier
course, a viticulture/enology degree or hospitality degree.
Compensation: - Competitive base salary. - Commission structure
based on wholesaler depletions achieved. This is not capped. -
Bonuses based on set milestones. Benefits: - Healthcare benefits
package through Aetna. - $225 monthly allowance for transit (car or
public transport) - Monthly phone allowance - Per diem travel
