We are looking for someone to work cross-functionally with various teams and partners, and who flourishes with providing superb service. You are passionate about learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a company - how things work, why they are the way they are, and what we can do to make things better. Most importantly, you have a contagiously optimistic attitude and love to lead.You Will:

• Lead a global team spanning multiple time zones, supporting escalations, running business activities, revolving tasks, and projects.
• Meet with our service providers (i.e. couriers, forwarders, warehouses, customs brokers) ensuring we are in line with global trade compliance regulations.
• Consult with external partners and internal teams to intake compliance requirements tied to local laws and regulations (ex. control statements, HTS codes, country-required product labeling)
• Support requirements tied to the company's Trade Strategy.
• Serve as trade compliance global subject matter expert, including monitoring and communicating pertinent trade-related regulatory changes within the business function and, when necessary, ensuring that policy/process updates are made, communicated, and implemented.
• Liaise between corporate import/export functional teams including Finance and Legal.
• Provide and/or facilitate internal and external training to teams/vendors that directly or indirectly handle activities that impact export and import compliance.
• Keep up with the latest legal and regulatory changes to export control and customs/trade requirements.
• Understand, compile, and maintain international shipping complexities on a per-country basis.
• Partner with the cross-functional teams to identify trends, discuss opportunities for improvement, and develop ideas.You Have:
  • 6+ years' experience managing high volumes of international transactions and 4+ years as a leader.
  • BA/BS required with a degree in International Relations, International Business, Operations Management, or International Studies preferred.
