Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university. Ten (10) plus years of project related work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
• Professional experience should include, but not limited to, pre-planning, programming, estimating, design and construction management and supervision, design review, procurement support, cost management and program budgeting, commissioning, and postconstruction support.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents.
• Management and communication skills.
• Able to obtain a GSA badge through the HSPD-12 security clearance process.
• Have a working knowledge of GSA policies and procedures.
• Legal resident of the USA.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Manager will provide project and/or construction management of a single major program or multiple projects. Provide decisive direction in regard to business, technical and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities. Responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. Maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports.
