Job Description:
Real Estate has taken a hit, but this client has continued to
grow by developing new properties, diversifying their portfolio,
and adding sharp talent along the way!We've known the leadership
team for a few years and have placed people here, so we can attest
to their collaborative, team approach and strong culture! They are
a dynamic, fast-paced environment (while not burning their people
out) and entrepreneurial in nature.The VP of Corporate Accounting
will be their CAO's right hand! This individual will oversee all
corporate accounting/management company related tasks while having
(2) direct reports - Accounting Manager and Corporate
Controller.The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep
understanding of business complexities within a PE environment and
has had experience leading accounting and finance functions.MUST BE
LOCAL TO CHICAGOLAND
