anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core
collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) when most
internal meetings are held.Role Responsibilities:Vouch's Carrier
Platform is the engine behind our success. This technology enables
us to innovate our insurance design rapidly and helps our customers
get insurance in minutes. We're looking for a Product Manager to
own and evolve the platform that powers our Underwriting teams,
helping them sell insurance policies efficiently and optimize
underwriting performance. In this role, you'll drive business
impact by focusing on top-of-funnel initiatives and underwriting
experience, identifying key opportunities for innovation, and
shaping a differentiated product. As the Senior Platform Product
Manager, you'll work closely with Underwriters, Actuaries, Claims,
and Insurance Product Development to define the future of insurance
technology.Job Duties:
- Own and maintain the platform and experience that help
Underwriting teams sell insurance policies and optimize
underwriting efficiency and results.
- Drive business impact by focusing on top-of-funnel initiatives
that enhance customer acquisition and conversion.
- Build a differentiated product by identifying key problems,
uncovering opportunities for innovation, understanding stakeholder
needs, and analyzing the competition.
- Make data-driven product decisions by leveraging both
quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to prioritize and
execute the roadmap.
- Lead projects from discovery to launch, collaborating closely
with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, and
Insurance.
- Communicate progress, value, and blockers clearly across the
business to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure
clear requirement gathering, effective communication, and thorough
documentation.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in software product development, with a
track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Proven ability to design, build, and launch internal or
enterprise-facing products that drive efficiency and results.
- Strong interest in exploring data models, API design, and
system architecture.
- Highly collaborative with engineering teams and deeply
understanding the systems they build.
- Adaptable and excited to thrive in a fast-paced startup
environment where priorities-and your role-can shift rapidly.
- Eager to dive into new industries and motivated to develop
expertise in insurance.
- Excellent communicator, able to bridge the gap between
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset; experience with
SQL is a plus.Nice To Have:

work closely with in the roleSalary Range:The pay range for this
role is: $155,000 to $180,000 per year.Our salary ranges are based
on paying competitively for our size and industry and are part of
our total compensation package, which also includes benefits and
other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation
packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the
opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay
decisions are based on a number of factors, including
qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location,
and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change
