Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers responsible
for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We're looking for
an ACD Art Director, Campaigns with an amazing history of leading
impressive campaigns and brand experiences that live throughout the
entire marketing funnel.We're looking for a strategic, conceptual
thinker, and a consummate hands-on doer able to lead the creation
of ideas that help propel a brand that result in visually stunning,
award-winning executions. You must have an exceptional portfolio
with experience in a wide variety of media. If you can show us your
ability to tell a cohesive campaign story from awareness (film,
OOH, stunts) down to acquisition (digital, landing pages, etc.),
you're a fit.You'll lead the generation of fresh campaign concepts
that transcend the B2B category-cracking briefs in ways that are
both attention-grabbing and memorable, while succinctly solving
business problems. Projects will vary; some will require hands-on
art direction and design with internal teams, while others will
require you to collaborate with an external agency that you will
lead execution of your ideas and vision.You're fueled by positivity

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Campaigns and teams on
conceptual development, design, and execution across key marketing
briefs.
- Work collaboratively with a Copywriter partner, as well as
taking briefs independently.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the company
to bring our brand to life in new and engaging ways along the full
funnel of media.
- Lead creation of scalable systems and guidance for integrated
campaigns down the funnel.
- Develop creative ideas that meet the strategic brief and drive
KPIs.
- Ensure the consistency of the brand and highest quality of
visual execution across all projects.
- Keen understanding and passion to learn about and share
insights on design and industry trends.
- Create, concept, inspire others, and roll up your sleeves while
bringing creative ideas to life; can deliver and receive direct and
clear feedback.
- Ability to think big while operating at the finest level of
detail.
- Must be a self-starter while being comfortable guiding teams,
freelancers, agencies, and production partners.Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to
integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or
problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools,
automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring
AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- BA or BFA in Art/Design or other related design discipline
and/or the equivalent professional design experience.
- 12+ years experience in art direction and design in a creative
agency or world-class in-house team; B2B/tech experience is a
plus.
- 10+ years experience leading and managing projects with
creative agencies and internal creative groups; global experience
is a plus.
- 10+ years experience in marketing and brand creative with a
rich portfolio including the full integrated campaign funnel from
awareness to acquisition.
- Outstanding presentation skills, with the proven ability to
design and pitch world-class strategic presentations to all levels
of our organization.
- Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and
campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites
(desktop/mobile), digital products, corporate ID, social, content
marketing and events.
- Expert knowledge of creative process (discovery, positioning,
ideation, brand direction, socialization, activation).
- Expert knowledge with all digital creative software tools
(Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro).
- Strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills,
ability to evangelize and build support for creative concepts and
ideas across varying stakeholders.

offer a base pay of $131,300 - $229,800, plus equity (when
applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales
positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE)
incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay
shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary
based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies,
and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible
spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching
donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role
is located and is subject to change based on work
