Job SummaryAs a Principal Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle File-Based Data Import, and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will leverage your expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics to drive impactful projects in a hybrid work model. This role does not require travel.Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) solutions to ensure flawless data integration.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud to improve system connectivity.
• Provide expertise in Oracle File-Based Data Import to streamline data migration processes.
• Implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to optimize enterprise resource planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all projects.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Utilize IT Consulting and Analytics skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the company's mission by delivering high-quality impactful solutions.Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle File-Based Data Import, and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Demonstrate strong IT Consulting skills to effectively analyze and address client needs.
• Exhibit proficiency in Analytics to support data-driven strategies.
• Have a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
• Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.Certifications Required
