Director of Agency and Brand Demand Facilitation, you will play a
key role in shaping Verve's strategic direction and driving its
growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Head of U.S.
Demand Facilitation, you will oversee the North Central territory,
focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with
Programmatic Teams and Agency Trading Desk (ATD) decision-makers
within agencies and brands in the digital programmatic advertising
space.With your deep expertise in programmatic advertising across
emerging channels-including CTV/OTT, online video, desktop, and
mobile media-you will leverage data and audience curation to
deliver impactful solutions and drive success in this fast-paced
and evolving environment. This role combines both strategic
leadership and hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to
lead and influence key aspects of Verve's demand facilitation
efforts.This role is based in Chicago or DetroitWhat You Will
Do
- Sales Leadership: Build and execute a robust sales pipeline for
the North Central territory, focusing on prospecting and outreach
to drive new business and cultivate relationships with key
accounts.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships
with clients, navigating complex, matrixed organizations to
establish long-term partnerships.
- Programmatic Expertise: Leverage your expertise to identify
client needs and provide tailored programmatic solutions through
Deal ID Creation across Open Market, Curated Open, and Private
Marketplace.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver
insightful reporting and actionable recommendations for clients,
ensuring effective execution of programmatic strategies.
- Account Organization: Organize and manage your account list
through regional agency mapping, advertiser mapping within those
agencies, and contact mapping at the agencies to streamline
prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Revenue Growth: Drive both new and existing business to meet or
exceed revenue targets, with added incentives for acquiring new
accounts.
- Internal System Hygiene: Be well-versed in Salesforce and
maintain accurate and up-to-date information in all internal
systems, ensuring smooth tracking, reporting, and data integrity
across all processes.What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of proven media sales experience, with a strong track
record of success in driving revenue growth.
- 5-10 years of experience selling SSP, DSP, or Aggregator
solutions, with deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising
ecosystem, and a strong understanding of solutions rooted in data
curation and activation.
- Experience beyond HoldCo environments, with a clear
understanding of independent agencies and their unique needs.
- Established relationships at the VP+ level with key
decision-makers at major agencies, enabling effective strategic
partnerships and business development.What We Offer

Protection.The annual on-target-earning (OTE) salary range for this
position is USD 250k-350k. Pay is based on a number of factors
including market location and may vary depending on job-related
