      • Build & Maintain a Top-Tier Team - You will recruit A-Players and develop talent pipelines.

            • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Leadership, or Talent Strategy.
            • Track record of building and scaling high-performance teams.
            • Experience coaching leaders and managers to build accountability-driven teams.
            • Proficiency in workforce analytics, performance management, and hiring assessments (like Predictive Index).
            • Strong understanding of leadership development, feedback models, and organizational design.
            • Experience balancing remote vs. local hiring strategies to optimize efficiency and talent density.
