This role involves demand management, portfolio management, project/solution oversight, and business value realization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, project management, and strategic planning, with shown leadership experience.McDonald's is investing heavily in technology to drive our growth. • Design and handle cybersecurity portfolios of strategic objectives and projects that implement the organization's strategic vision and mission while achieving business objectives.
• Supervise the intake and prioritization process for new projects and initiatives.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and forecasting of cybersecurity resources.
• Coordinate with partners to refine proposed project requirements and scope.
• Develop and maintain a project supervising database and standard project reporting processes.
• Supervise the execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the business value of cybersecurity initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity program managers and other team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Support the professional development of team members through coaching and training.Qualifications:Basic Qualification:
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in portfolio and program management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams with light direction.
  • Ability to create presentations.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines handling multiple key business priorities.
  • Ability to address very sophisticated problems and deal with a variety of work situations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Preferred Qualification:
