A company is looking for a Director of People Systems and
Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts and specialists, fostering communication
and individual success
Develop and implement a global People Technology and Systems
strategy aligned with business needs
Oversee system functionality, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring
compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Required Qualifications
B.A./B.S. in Business, Human Resources, or related field or
equivalent work experience
At least seven (7) years of experience in people systems, with
three (3) years supporting Workday
At least three (3) years in a supervisory role
Experience managing multiple initiatives while collaborating with
various stakeholders
Proven ability to handle sensitive data and maintain data
security
