Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with 3+ years of financial management experience, ideally in the nonprofit sector, to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA or advanced degree preferred. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, program budgets, grant accounting, and financial reporting, while supporting the CFO in overseeing Finance Department operations. The role also serves as a key liaison with funders, ensuring accountability and alignment with organizational goals. Salary range: $86,723-$90k, plus medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k, and other voluntary benefits.Position Highlights

• Support agency-wide budgeting, develop funding policies, and conduct financial projections.
• Oversee receivables, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, lead reviews, and maintain budget alignment.
• Supervise grant accounting, ensure compliance, and manage funder communications.
• Monitor funding compliance, support audits, and address financial variances.
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely audit and tax reporting.
