Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Director to lead
the quality assurance function for their Provider Vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the Provider Vertical's QA strategy, ensuring
adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements
Monitor and evaluate quality by overseeing the QA team and
conducting regular assessments of service delivery processes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance service
delivery, optimize workflows, and mitigate compliance risks
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading QA programs and teams in the
healthcare industry
Deep understanding of HIPAA and the healthcare regulatory
environment
Proven ability to develop and implement QA frameworks and
performance monitoring
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for
process improvement
BA required; advanced degrees a plus
