Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager - Meetings & Events
Venues.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand meeting goals and objectives,
and recommend suitable venues and services
Distribute and analyze supplier Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and
negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
Manage amendments, cancellation requests, and maintain updated
records in CVENT
Required Qualifications
Experience in hotel sourcing and contracting, with a background in
meetings management
CVENT experience is required; certification is preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Travel industry and destination knowledge is a plus
International experience and certifications such as CMP, CMM, HMCC,
or CMP-HC are advantageous
