Job Description:

The Associate Athletic Director - Compliance is responsible for all areas of compliance to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations for 15 varsity sport programs. The Associate AD supervises a full-time compliance officer and provides leadership, education, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to rules and enforcement of policies and procedures to maintain institutional control.Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field is highly desired.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compliance-related positions at an NCAA Division I institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules, regulations, processes, interpretations, appeals and governance structure required.
• Knowledge of NCAA technological processes such as CAi and LSDBi required.
• Proven ability to relate well to coaches, student-athletes and other compliance constituency groups required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to compile data and prepare, write, and review reports.
