We provide marketers with unparalleled opportunities to engage with their target audiences across various channels, including our award-winning mobile app and Inflight entertainment screens and more, pre, during, and post journey.Job overview and responsibilitiesThe MileagePlus Strategic Partnerships team has refined its business strategy to prioritize larger, integrated deals under the MileagePlus umbrella, necessitating the onboarding and integration of complex partnerships across various business units to foster growth and scalability. In this dynamic context, the Principal - Partnership Integration Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful deployment of products and services to our client base. The manager will lead the planning and execution of implementation projects, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective resource allocation, and adherence to project milestones, all within the allocated timeframes and budgets.

• Lead the planning and execution of implementation projects, ensuring a seamless transition integration process, enhancing project alignment and efficiency.
• Proactively identify and secure additional resources and escalate issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Maintain transparent communication with Business Development, Partner Managers, and Leadership, along with any other relevant business units.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and customize solutions to fit their needs.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Orchestrate a seamless handoff of the account to the Partner Manager, project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and status reports resulting in a 100% client satisfaction rate during the transition phase.NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time spent onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.QualificationsWhat's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Program Management or other related fields.
  • 4-6 years relevant experience.
  • External partnership management and project management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build internal partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate successfully across multiple business units.
  • Experience coordinating multiple work streams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Experience working in an Agile environment.The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills.
