Located in downtown Chicago, this spot is known for its culinary culture rooted in working with local vendors and ingredients. The menu is where healthy meets delicious, and the space is designed to be both welcoming and fun.Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + 10% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, future advancement opportunities, a great PTO plan, and more!Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences
• Assist the General Manager with cost management, sales growth, and hiring/training staff
• Conduct inventories, order supplies, and handle deliveries
• Promote teamwork, address challenges with tact, and work varied shiftsAssistant General Manager Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• 2+ years of exposure to the back of the BOH systems
• Skilled in leading and developing teams
