A company is looking for a Vice President of Value-Based Care
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational execution of value-based care strategies and
initiatives
Oversee compliance with CMS requirements and manage performance
metrics
Develop partnerships with ACOs, hospitals, and payers to enhance
service integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public
Health, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare,
focusing on value-based care models
Experience in developing ACO partnerships and value-based care
strategies
Deep understanding of CMS models and value-based reimbursement
frameworks
Experience with provider engagement and care coordination workflows
in post-acute care settings
