and global world.As the Vice President of Consumer Strategy at
Betty, you will be a pivotal leader on our strategy team and within
the agency, responsible for driving innovative and growth-focused
strategies across our diverse client roster. Using your expertise
and the agency's suite of tools to deliver breakthrough creative
strategies that resonate with consumers and drive impactful
results. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy, you will guide
a team of strategists and collaborate closely with creative,
account management, our partner Media agency as well as client
teams to ensure strategic excellence. Betty is a full service and
integrated offering within Quad so this role will be working
alongside other integrated leaders to provide solutions for our
clients.You will also play an essential role in leading strategy on
new business pitches, where your strategic insights and leadership
will be crucial to securing new client relationships and expanding
our agency's footprint. Our agency culture is centered around being

their audiences.ABOUT THE GIG:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of strategists to
create and implement breakthrough strategies that will lead to
creatively fresh and culturally relevant work that consumers want
to engage with a drive growth for our clients.
- Strategic Doer: This role is also hands-on and will be leading
and guiding the strategy direction for key clients as well as
leading the strategy development for key new business pitches.
- Thought Leadership: As a strategy leader, this will be a key
voice and expert in how we continue to evolve our strategy practice
and stay on the pulse of what the market needs.
- Pitch Strategy & Business Development: Spearhead strategy
development for new business pitches, collaborating with
cross-functional teams within Betty and with our integrated
partners within Quad.
- Immersive Consumer Insights: We are people obsessed and use our
proprietary data stack augmented with other tools to unlock unique
insights that will help us develop content and media plans that
will drive growth with the right people.
- Strategic Processes & Tools: Help refine and implement the
tools, processes, and methodologies that ensure Betty delivers
best-in-class strategies across creative, media, and consumer
engagement.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of growth, creativity, and
collaboration within the strategy team, ensuring that talent is
nurtured and that team members are empowered to drive exceptional
strategic work.
- Agency Leadership: Act as a core leader within the strategy
team, contributing to agency-wide initiatives and ensuring
alignment with Betty's overall mission and values.SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience leading strategy for pitches and business
development, including crafting compelling brand narratives.
- Experience working closely with creative, media, account
management, and client teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Ability to stay ahead of cultural trends and translate them
into innovative and relevant brand strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to lead client
discussions and contribute to agency-wide initiatives.
- Strong understanding of how creative, media, and content
