Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with teams throughout
the company to validate business impacting analytical tools. You
will enhance your technical and analytical skills, while also
working with leaders to influence business strategies. With a

ideal candidate will possess:
- Subject matter expert across a broad range of credit card data
domains
- Someone who is able to build a network and reach out across
teams to solicit input
- Someone who has the ability to map and reconcile datasets built
off different ontologies
- Ability to work with some ambiguity and uncertainty
- Experience with data lineage, governance, qualityBasic
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's
Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations
Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related
quantitative field) plus at least 7 years of experience performing
data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining
a Master's Degree plus at least 5 years of experience performing
data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be
obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
- At least 5 years of experience performing professional data
analysis work
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open
source data technologies
- At least 2 years of experience managing peoplePreferred
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or PhD in a Finance, Economics, Statistics,
Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a
related field
- At least 7 years of experience in statistical or econometrics
hands-on work
- At least 5 years of experience manipulating and performing
analysis with large data sets
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services
industry
- At least 5 years of experience in developing statistical or
econometric models
- At least 5 years of experience in validating statistical or
econometric models
- At least 2 years of experience with data governance
- At least 2 years of experience with predictive analyticsCapital

full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by
location:
- Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Data Analysis
Manager
- McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Data Analysis
Manager
- New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Data Analysis
Manager
- Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Data Analysis
ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject
to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual
annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of
hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This
role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive
compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term
incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non
