A company is looking for a Senior Director, Total Rewards &
Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compensation programs, benefits strategy, and occupational
health functions
Drive operational excellence and optimize business strategies to
enhance employee offerings
Manage cross-functional projects and lead a high-performing team
while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in strategic operations, benefits
administration, or a related leadership role
Expertise in benefits and compensation program design, compliance,
and cost management
Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims and leave of
absence programs
Proven experience with enterprise-level HR platforms
