Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Program Manager to
lead Federal compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the FedRAMP compliance lifecycle, including
initial assessment and continuous monitoring
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and ensure accurate
reporting of compliance status to stakeholders
Coordinate internal and external audits, manage Plans of Action and
Milestones (POAMs), and identify compliance risks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a
related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications
preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance program management
with a focus on FedRAMP or similar frameworks
In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP, IRAP, ISMAP requirements, and the
authorization process
Experience managing compliance audits and assessments, preferably
with third-party assessment organizations
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and security
practices in a government context
