• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth workflows, budget alignment, and strategic goal achievement.

• Drive financial performance by evaluating operations, optimizing processes, and addressing challenges proactively.
• Implement company policies, health, and safety standards while maintaining a unified, results-oriented culture across the region.
• Represent RFCI's commitment to quality and integrity in relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the West Coast.What You Bring:
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a multi-site leadership role, ideally in flooring or construction.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on process improvement and results.
• Expertise in key business functions, including HR, finance, and procurement.
• A confident and strategic mindset, balanced with the ability to connect with and motivate diverse teams.
