• Employment Type: Local ContractPERMANENT ROLE - QUICK OFFER - INPERSON INTERVIEW NeededJob Type: Full-timeSalary Range: USD $65000 - $93000 (Depends on Interview)Benefits:--- 401(K)--- 401(K) matching 4%--- Dental Insurance--- Health Insurance--- Life Insurance--- Paid time off--- Vision Insurance--- SIGN-ON BONUS upto 5kJob Requirements:--- The Telemetry/Med Surg RN is responsible for the clinical management of the unit.--- Assures compliance with professional, regulatory, governmental, and organizational standards.--- Assures satisfaction of patients while educating them on lifestyle changes and updates regarding the diagnosis, medication, and discharge instructions, prior to discharge from the hospital.--- Charts observations and activities related to patient care in electronic health record.--- Provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population using critical thinking skills, advocacy abilities and ethical approaches.--- Guides and directs assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.--- Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition and reports changes to the physician.--- Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, infection control and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.--- Actively participates in Quality Assurance/Process Improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes, such as monitoring compliance of core measures, infection control practices, etc.--- Collects blood specimens by venipuncture or micro techniques for laboratory analysis necessary for patient treatment and diagnosis.Qualifications:--- Associate degree from a professional nursing program (required)--- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)--- Current Registered Nurse License in this state (Illinois)--- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)--- 1 year of experience in clinical expertise to which applying (required)--- Able to work various hours as needed.Infojini Healthcare Job ID #26678.About Infojini HealthcareInfojini Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms.
