facial trauma, endoscopic, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, otologic
surgeries Credentialing not needed DEA needed Paid malpractice
insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses Assignment details
and time entry in online portal Competitive compensation 24-hour
